Please Read Our Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are allowed up to 21 days before the course, but a cancellation fee will apply. If this course needs to be cancelled by the host committee, a full refund will be provided. If a course registrant cancels prior to 6 weeks before the course start date, a refund will be provided minus an administration fee of $100. If the registrant cancels within 3 to 6 weeks before the course, they will get their refund minus $150 dollars for administration and commitment costs. If a course cancellation happens within 3 weeks (21 days) of the course start date, there will be no refund given.
Covid: If you test positive for covid within 7 days of the conference start date you have 2 options: you can apply your tuition to this same conference next year and your spot will be saved, or you can request a refund of 40% of your tuition cost.
C3 is not responsible for the cost of any airline tickets or other travel expenses. C3 is not responsible for securing approval from any state licensing agency for continuing education credits.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
